Returns, Refund, and Resend Policy

Please read our returns and refund policy. All of the returns and refunds on Zizye would be dealt according to this policy. Zizye offers a quick dispute solution please must comply with the following statements

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days after you receive the parcel. If 10 days have passed since you received the package, we may not offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • The products need to be returned to the address described in the product refund form.
    • The product must be unused, include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories

 

    • It is important to indicate the order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.

 

    • You can generate return / refund request within 10 days after receiving the parcel.

 

  • Notes
    Sometimes, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer and make it pending because of insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number, etc. It will be much more convenient for clients to contact local post office or go to the post office for delivery.
We will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.
  • a. If you do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.
  • b. Tracking information alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the reasons are listed as below:
  • a) Incorrect/insufficient address.
  • b) No such number.
  • c) Unknown recipient.
  • d) Refused.
  • e) Do not pick up in time.
  • f) No safe delivery location.
  • g) Uncleared customs.
  • h) Others.

  • Notes:
  • We will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, you need to pick up the package by yourself. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the us. During the return, We take no responsibility if products have been lost.
  • b. We cannot offer a refund or resend if you don’t process the undelivered orders or packages destroyed by logistics companies.
We will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.
  • We offer a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged.
  • We offers a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.)
  • Notes:
  • a)  For fragile products, a refund is highly recommended.
  • b) We provide almost free shipping all over the US, but sometimes if package size gets increased we may charge a little bit amount for that.
  • c) We use to pack your item in a proper packaging, Sometimes it (packaging) gets damaged by shipping companies while transferring it from one place to another. For damaged packaging boxes, We cannot offer any refunds or other after-sale services. Please accept our apologies for that. We hope you understand that. But if your product arrives with any damage or defects please let us know within 5 days after receiving it
  • d) if you receive a damaged product , you shall complain us within 5 days after receiving the package.

We have a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. we will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:

  •  a) For incorrect products, we offer a full refund or replacement.
  • b) For products with wrong color, size which doesn’t affect product function, etc., we offers a refund or resend if you provide the evidence for that like photos, videos, etc. 
  •  c) For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, we may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function, we will resend the product only.
  •  d) For accessories, we will resend the accessories.
  •  

    Notes:

  • For size problem, we will appreciate it a lot if you can measure the product according to the correct measurement method and provide us the photo of measurement. Then, our dispute team will deal with your disputes quickly.

For orders cancellation, we offer a full refund before products are processed by our warehouse.

  •  After payment, POD orders cannot be canceled as it is customized.

Important Interpretation

    • Your dispute cannot be resolved when tracking information from your shipping provider is untraceable.

Notes: 
    •  a) For bulk purchase orders, the close date usually is around 10 days.
 
    •  b) We won’t be offer you any return or refund if you do not update us at least within 7 days after receiving your parcel

No one can predict the future, We do our best to provide you the best quality products at your door step, But we take no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of God, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection. However, We will notify you by our Chat, Skype, Email, Line, WhatsApp etc. on your given contact details. 

Due to limited transportation, we will not accept any disputes when your orders are shipped to the following states:

  •  Hawaii
  •  Alaska

 Please return products within 5 days after receiving products.  Those fulfills the criteria described above.
